ONLINE MENTORING COURSE
The Online Mentoring Course has been launched on the Netball Australia website.  Netball Australia in conjunction with the Australian Sports Commission is pleased to launch an online mentoring course for coaches, umpires and officials.  Mentoring is a highly effective way for coaches, umpires and officials to learn the 'art' of their role, and apply theory that they may have learnt in a classroom or through independent study.  Mentoring relationships can be formally structured, with mentors assigned to officials, or they can grow out of a chance encoutner with a like-minded person and remain very informal.
