Age is determined by age as at 31 December in the year of play.
Late registrations will only be considered IF there is availability in an appropriate team.
| Woolworths NetSetGO Mini Magpies (5-7 years) | $170 per player including insurance |
| Woolworths NetSetGO Modified (8&9 years) | $235 per player including insurance |
| Junior Players (10-15 years) | $235 per player including insurance |
| Cadet Players (16-17 years) | $255 per player including insurance and umpiring fee |
| Senior Players incl Mixed and Men's (18 years & Over) | $295 per player including insurance and umpiring fee |
| Officials (Non-Players, Coach, Manager, Umpire) | All Officials (Non-Players, Coach, Manager and Umpire) MUST complete the PlayHQ online registration (no cost) and provide their current Working With Children Check (WWCC) details (18 years and over). |
| REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEES |
All registration fees once paid are NON REFUNDABLE except in circumstances where a team cannot be formed or extenuating circumstances which are at the absolute discretion of the Ashbury Netball Club Committee.
| ACTIVE AND CREATIVE KIDS PROGRAM |
Families receiving Family Tax Benefit can apply for an Active and Creative Kids voucher for each eligible child.

| ASHBURY UNIFORM |
Please note that we will no longer have uniforms available for purchase through PlayHQ.
Uniforms may be purchased with cash or card at our Uniform Day which will be held on 21 March 2026 (details to be confirmed) or by emailing ashburyuniforms@gmail.com and pay online as per our details below:

All players are reminded that they must wear our registered Club uniform. Our registered Club uniform is:
- Emerald Green and White A-line dress; OR
- Emerald Green and White Shorts & Singlet set (optional); OR
- ANC Emerald Green and White Singlet with black bike shorts, three-quarter or full-length black tights (optional). Tights must be of a reasonable thickness, predominately black without any logos;
- Briefs/Bike Shorts - Black (under dress only);
- White long-sleeve round-neck shirt under dress or shirt (if cold);
- ANC Visor (optional);
- NetSetGo (Modified) - Black tracksuit pants under uniform (if cold);
- NetSetGo (Mini Magpies) - Woolworths NSG T-Shirt with Black shorts or Black tracksuit pants.
If you have long hair, it must be tied back off your face. Nails must be cut short and filed, no jewellery (rings, ear-rings, nose-rings or any piercings, bracelets) to be worn and should be left at home so that it doesn't get lost.
