| 2026 REGISTRATIONS |
Registrations for the 2026 Winter Competition will open at 8.00am on Monday 12 January 2026 and will close at 10.00pm on Sunday 15 February 2026.
Registrations will be online via the PlayHQ platform. If you do not already have a PlayHQ account (from 2025, 2024 or 2023), you will be asked to create an account:
- Username = your email address
- Password = set password as required
- Payment of fees is required at time of registration (a requirement of PlayHQ).
PLEASE NOTE
- Active and Creative Kids Program - Families receiving Family Tax Benefit can apply for an Active and Creative Kids voucher for each eligible child. Please refer to this link to Service NSW for further information.
- When registering it is very important that you choose the correct Competition to register under, based on the age the participant will be as at 31 December 2026. You do not register according to the team/age group you may be playing. Ashbury Netball Club allocates players to teams.
- Please ensure you select 12 months registration as this fee will also cover the full 2026 Winter Competition and the 2026 Summer Competition component otherwise you will be paying more again to cover the end of the Winter season and to play Summer Competition.
- All registration fees once paid are NON REFUNDABLE except in circumstances where a team cannot be formed or extenuating circumstances which are at the absolute discretion of the Ashbury Netball Club Committee.

This program is for children aged 5-7 years that participate in the skills program only. Uniform not required. Players will receive a NetSetGo pack (via mail to the address entered when registering). |

This program is for children aged 8 and 9 years that participate in the Modified rules netball competition only. Ashbury uniform required. Players will receive a NetSetGo pack (via mail to the address entered when registering. * Exception - if a 9 year old player wishes to register in the junior (10-15 year) group for a 10 year old team, they MUST first make contact with the Club before proceeding with registration. Note: They WILL NOT receive a NetSetGo pack (unfortunately we are unable to facilitate this as it is covered by NNSW). |

For players 16 and 17 years of age as at 31 December 2026. ** If a player is turning 17 this year and if the team they played in in 2025 was a senior team, and they will likely play in the same team, they will register as a CADET as that is the age group allocation for the player's date of birth. |

CHECKLIST WHEN REGISTERING:
- Active and Creative Kids - have the Active and Creative Kids voucher ID Number PRIOR to commencing the PlayHQ registration process. The Active and Creative Kids voucher ID Number MUST be applied at time of registration. It cannot be used once registration is submitted.
- PlayHQ - Creating Account - please ensure that you double-check all your details have been entered correctly, especially fields such as date of birth, as we are unable to amend if entered incorrectly.
- PlayHQ Privacy Setting - When registering, go to My Account then Profile and select whether your name may appear on public game centres and statistics pages, and on any media outlets or third party websites that use PlayHQ data to display game results and information. To update the privacy settings for a family member or dependant, change your profile from the top of this page to Private (hide my name publicly). Your name will not be displayed on PlayHQ game centres and profile statistics pages or any media outlets or third party websites that use PlayHQ data to display game results and information. Data will still be shown to administrators to enable them to manage your participation.
- Payment - have your Debit or Credit Card on hand to make payment. (In 2024 PlayHQ introduced a 1.49% service fee charged to participants on all transactions. This fee will be added at the time of checkout for any transaction made through the PlayHQ system).
Proof of Age
Any new player under 18 years of age must provide the Club with proof of age in the form of your birth certificate or passport. This is an IWNA requirement. Either of these documents can be sighted by the Secretary or an ANC Committee member, either in hard copy or soft copy (may be on your phone) before the first day of competition. This can occur on uniform day, grading day or any training session. Failure to provide proof of age prior to the first day of competition will result in the player unable to take the court until document is sighted. PLEASE DO NOT SEND COPIES VIA EMAIL.
